CHALLENGE 42lbs IN 100days…. DAY 1
I have perchased a treadmill and geared up to eat better and lose 42 pounds in 100 days. This is 3 stone or 19.5 kg.
Today is DAY ONE…
My weight today is 95 kg
My plan for today is :-
1.)Start with 15 min warm up on the treadmill.
2.)A good breakfast.
3.)A proper workout on the treadmill at lunch time or later and repeat in the evening…
LETS SEE IF I CAN ACHIEVE THE CHALLENGE.
