Day 2 – Dr Marks Weight Loss Challenge 42lbs in 100 days

Yesterday i went for a walk of 25min and did 35 min total on the treadmill . I realised how unfit i am when i was out of breath at between 5 and ten minutes and my heart rate went up high. So i paced myself two ten minute periods and one five minute period. Speed no higher than 4.4 km per hour. I had a knee op last year and higher speeds lead to pain and then the inability to do anything the next day. I am pleased with yesterdays results. Yesterday bodyfat measured as 36.5 %….this willchange. This morning weight is 93.9kg…. every little helps. The plan continues.. eat healthy and exercise more.
